Australian Working Dog Rescue

We donate a portion of every sale to this fantastic charity that is very close to our hearts. Our boy Marlow is a rescue working breed. We understand the commitment needed to care for these brilliant, loyal, high-energy dogs and how often they are overlooked in shelter situations.

When a working dog breed is confined to a small space, doesn't have a job or purpose and isn't getting sufficient energy release or enrichment, it can lead to destructive behaviour. In a shelter situation, many people misunderstand this as 'naughty' or 'disobedient' behaviour and naturally opt for adopting a more 'easy going' breed.

Personal experience has shown us that working breeds in the right environment with proper stimulation and dedication can be the most intelligent, loyal, eager to please, loving dogs you will ever come across!

Australian Working Dog Rescue is a not-for-profit charity committed to saving working dog breeds across Australia from being euthanased in council pounds and shelters and finding new homes for them. They arrange transport, veterinary and medical care, rehabilitation, foster homes and forever homes, all on a volunteer basis. They are absolute angels!

HOW CAN YOU HELP?
