We want you to love your purchase. If you need a different size or decide that an item isn't quite right for you, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Our 14-day returns policy means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.


Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Australian returns: A flat return shipping fee of $10.00 applies.
  • International returns: The return shipping fee will be equivalent to the original shipping charge paid at the time of purchase.

Any applicable return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund once your return has been received and processed.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all tags attached
  • Returned in their original packaging

How to Request a Return 

To initiate a return, please Submit a Return through your customer account or contact us at info@bohemi.com.au.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide a shipping label and instructions on how to send your item. Returns received without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges cannot be processed through our standard returns portal. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@bohemi.com.au, and we will assist you with the available options.

For the fastest resolution, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the preferred size, colour, or product. This ensures your replacement item can be secured without delay, subject to stock availability.

Alternatively, we can issue a store credit once your return has been approved and received, allowing you to place a new order without waiting for a refund to be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.

If approved, a refund for the purchase price of the returned item will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons:

  • Custom, personalised, or special-order products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Warranty

Our products are designed for everyday use; however, as every dog has a unique lifestyle, personality, and behaviour, we do not provide a warranty for general wear and tear.

If your product has been used and cared for in accordance with our care instructions but develops a manufacturing fault within six months of purchase, you may be eligible for a replacement.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@bohemi.com.au with details of the issue and supporting photographs where possible. We will assess the claim and advise the next steps.

European Union Customers

If your order was delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, including for change-of-mind purchases.

To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Once the returned item has been received, we will process your refund within 14 days.
